Classes take place on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Each class is 30 minutes, short and sharp to fit in with busy schedules. All individual classes are just £3.50! Classes can be modified for all fitness abilities, contact me for more information, always happy to help!

MANDYSIZE -
5:45 - 6:15pm
High intensity, high energy class. An all over body, muscle conditioning and core strength retro aerobic class. A fun way to burn off those calories and stay in great shape, feeling fitter and healthier. Dumbell weights present.
KETTLEBELL MIX -
6:25 - 6:55pm
A fat burning class that combines strength and cardio training, giving you a full body workout. Building strength and coordination, as well as improving core stability.
THURSDAY

BODYCON -
5:45 - 6:15pm
Minute interval full body conditioning. Body conditioning develops well rounded and full body physical fitness to improve cardio, strength, tone and heartrate of the body. Varied class guaranteed to hit all the areas other workouts miss!

6:25 - 6:55pm
